Contest Terms & Conditions

These Contest Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the website and SEO giveaway contest hosted by Internet Digital Marketing through the contest page located at Contest Page.

1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored and administered by Internet Digital Marketing (“IDM”).

2. Eligibility

  • Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Businesses entering the contest must own or operate a legitimate business.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of IDM may not be eligible to participate.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Prize

The contest winner will receive:

  • One custom website design or website redesign package provided by IDM.
  • Three (3) months of SEO services provided by IDM.

The approximate retail value of the prize may vary depending on the scope of the project and selected services.

4. Existing Client Refund Policy

If the selected winner is already an active client of IDM and has previously purchased a website package and/or SEO services that match the contest offering:

  • IDM will refund the full amount previously paid by the client for the website project and the included three (3) months of SEO services.
  • Refunds apply only to qualifying services purchased directly through IDM.
  • Any additional services, add-ons, hosting fees, advertising costs, third-party subscriptions, domain registrations, premium plugins, content writing, or expanded SEO campaigns are excluded unless specifically approved in writing by IDM.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification of eligibility and payment records.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winner(s) will be selected at the sole discretion of IDM.
  • IDM reserves the right to evaluate entries based on creativity, business need, engagement, or promotional value.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification

  • Winner(s) will be contacted using the information submitted during entry.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, IDM reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Project Requirements

  • Winners must cooperate with IDM during the website and SEO onboarding process.
  • Failure to provide requested content, images, logos, approvals, or communication within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • Website timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

8. SEO Disclaimer

  • SEO results are not guaranteed.
  • Rankings, traffic, and lead generation may vary based on competition, industry, website history, market conditions, algorithm changes, and client participation.
  • IDM does not guarantee first-page rankings or specific revenue increases.

9. Website & Service Limitations

The contest prize does not include:

  • E-commerce systems unless specifically approved
  • Custom software development
  • Paid advertising budgets
  • Ongoing hosting fees
  • Premium third-party tools or subscriptions
  • Extensive revisions beyond normal project scope

Additional services requested outside the included package may require additional fees.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their business content and branding materials.
  • IDM retains the right to showcase completed work, screenshots, designs, and campaign results in portfolios, advertisements, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Publicity Release

By entering the contest, participants grant IDM permission to use their business name, logo, testimonials, website screenshots, and related promotional materials for marketing purposes without additional compensation.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless IDM from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize.

13. Right to Modify or Cancel

IDM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice for any reason.

14. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the contest constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
